In the presence of his wife Stefania and children Elisa and Paolo, the scholarship was handed over at the Caserma dei Carabinieri on Via Della Moscova on Feb. 13, 2024 by the Rotary Club Milano Nord Ovest with the participation of a delegation from the Club and High Institutional Officers of the Carabinieri.
